1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Participant”, “Student”, “you”, or “your”) and K Affirmative Productions, operating as Big Dreams & Little Things (“we”, “us”, or “our”) regarding your participation in the Ignite program (“Course”, “Program”).

By purchasing and/or accessing the Course, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

3. Course Description

3.1 Course Overview

Ignite is a 12-week transformative online course designed to help participants achieve sustainable flow states, build supportive community, and manifest their intentions for 2027 using the ECtA Method (Embodied Collective Transformation & Actualization).

3.2 Course Components

The Course includes, but is not limited to:

  • Bi-weekly peer accountability sessions via Zoom
  • Pre-recorded video lessons and course material
  • Access to private online community Group
  • Downloadable workbooks, templates, and resources
  • Email support and program updates
  • Integration practices and accountability structures using the ECtA Method

3.3 Course Duration & Access

  • Program Length: 12 weeks from start date
  • Start Date: Module 1 becomes available January 16, 2025
  • Course Materials Access: All course videos, modules, and downloadable materials remain accessible for 12 months from the course start date (until January 16, 2026)
  • Community Access: Private Community Group available during the 12-week program period only

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Course Investment

Pricing for Ignite varies based on the payment plan selected at time of purchase. All prices are listed in Euros or other currency as displayed on the payment page.

4.2 Payment Plans

We offer multiple payment options:

  • Full Payment: One-time payment with potential early-bird discount
  • Installment Plans: Multiple payments spread over agreed timeframe

Specific pricing and payment schedule will be confirmed during checkout.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the agreed amount(s).

4.4 Failed Payments

If a scheduled payment fails:

  • You will be notified via email
  • You have 7 days to update payment information
  • Access to live sessions and community may be suspended until payment is resolved
  • After 14 days of non-payment, enrollment may be terminated without refund

4.5 Currency & Taxes

  • Prices include applicable VAT where required
  • Non Swedish participants are responsible for any additional taxes in their jurisdiction

5. Refunds & Cancellations

5.1 Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Refund Eligibility)

In accordance with Swedish and EU consumer protection law (Distansavtalslagen), you have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase.

Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase, provided that:

  • No course content has been accessed, opened, viewed, or downloaded
  • No modules, videos, documents, or materials have been engaged with
  • The course platform has not been logged into to access content

5.2 Waiver of Right of Withdrawal by Accessing Course Materials

⚠️ IMPORTANT: By accessing Module 1 or any course content, you explicitly waive your 14-day right of withdrawal, and all sales become final.

This includes:

  • Viewing or streaming any video lessons
  • Opening or downloading any course modules
  • Accessing workbooks, templates, or resources
  • Entering the community platform to view course-related content
  • Engaging with any downloadable materials

Once you access course materials, you acknowledge that:

  • You have received the digital content you purchased
  • You waive your right to request a refund
  • The purchase is final and non-refundable

5.3 Refund Request Process

If you wish to request a refund before accessing any course content, you must:

  • Submit your request in writing to Customer Service
  • Make the request within 14 days of the original purchase date
  • Confirm that you have not accessed, viewed, or engaged with any course materials
  • Allow up to 14 days for refund processing

Refunds will NOT be issued for:

  • Requests received after the 14-day window
  • Purchases where course content has been accessed
  • Partial refunds for unused portions of the course
  • Dissatisfaction after engaging with course materials
  • Missed live sessions or inability to complete the program

5.4 Non-Transferability

Course purchases are:

  • Non-transferable to another individual
  • Non-refundable once content is accessed
  • Not eligible for resale or assignment to others
  • Personal licenses for the enrolled participant only

6. Participant Responsibilities

6.1 Eligibility

By enrolling, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years of age
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
  • Will use the Course for personal, non-commercial purposes only

6.2 Account Security

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activities that occur under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

6.3 Participation Requirements

To gain maximum benefit from the Course:

  • Attend live sessions when possible (recordings provided)
  • Engage with materials and practices
  • Participate respectfully in community spaces
  • Complete suggested assignments and integration work

6.4 Technical Requirements

You are responsible for:

  • Reliable internet connection
  • Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)
  • Updated web browser
  • Zoom software for live sessions
  • Any technical issues on your end

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Ownership

All Course content, including but not limited to:

  • Videos, audio recordings, and meditations
  • Written materials, workbooks, and templates
  • Graphics, images, and visual designs
  • Course structure and the ECtA Method
  • Community platform content

…remains the exclusive intellectual property of K Affirmative Productions / Big Dreams & Little Things and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7.2 Limited License

You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to:

  • Access and view Course content for personal use
  • Download materials marked as downloadable for personal use only
  • Use practices and teachings in your personal life

7.3 Prohibited Uses

You may NOT:

  • Copy, reproduce, or distribute Course content
  • Record, screenshot, or share live sessions without explicit permission
  • Teach, sell, or commercialize Course content, the ECtA Method, or methodologies
  • Share login credentials with others
  • Upload content to file-sharing sites or public platforms
  • Use any Course materials for commercial purposes

7.4 Enforcement

Violation of intellectual property terms may result in:

  • Immediate termination of access without refund
  • Legal action to protect our rights
  • Claims for damages

8. Community Guidelines

8.1 Respectful Engagement

All Participants agree to:

  • Follow the ECtA Code of Conduct provided in the course material. 
  • Treat fellow participants and facilitators with respect
  • Maintain confidentiality of others’ shares
  • Refrain from discriminatory, harassing, or offensive behavior
  • Honor the sacred container of the community

8.2 Confidentiality

“What’s shared here, stays here.” Personal stories and shares within the Course community are confidential. Do not repeat or share others’ personal information outside the container. 

8.3 No Solicitation

Participants may not:

  • Promote personal businesses or services without permission
  • Recruit participants for other programs or opportunities
  • Use community access for commercial purposes

8.4 Violation & Removal

We reserve the right to remove any Participant who:

  • Violates community guidelines
  • Behaves in a disruptive or harmful manner
  • Engages in illegal activity
  • Compromises the safety or wellbeing of others

Removal for guideline violations does not entitle you to a refund.

9. Disclaimers & Limitations

9.1 Not Professional Advice

Ignite is an educational and transformational course. It is NOT:

  • Medical, psychological, or psychiatric treatment
  • A substitute for professional therapy or counseling
  • Financial, legal, or business advice
  • A guarantee of specific results or outcomes

9.2 Health & Wellness Disclaimer

While the Course includes practices for personal growth and wellbeing:

  • Participants with mental health conditions should consult healthcare providers
  • The Course is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition
  • We are not responsible for any physical or psychological effects experienced

9.3 No Guaranteed Results

We make no guarantees regarding:

  • Specific outcomes or transformations
  • Achievement of personal goals
  • Flow states or peak experiences
  • Financial, professional, or personal success

Individual results vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and commitment.

9.4 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course
  • We are not responsible for technical issues, lost data, or access problems beyond our control

9.5 Participant Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • Participation is at your own risk
  • You are responsible for your own wellbeing
  • You will seek professional help if needed
  • Personal transformation requires your active participation and commitment


10. Content Delivery & Technical Issues

10.1 Content Availability

We strive to make content available as scheduled, but:

  • Minor delays may occur
  • Technical issues may temporarily affect access
  • We reserve the right to update or modify content

10.2 Platform Access

Course is delivered via online platform:

  • You need reliable internet access
  • We recommend desktop or tablet for best experience
  • Technical support is available via email

10.3 No Compensation for Technical Issues

We are not responsible for:

  • Participant’s technical problems (internet, device, browser)
  • Temporary platform downtime
  • Third-party service interruptions (Zoom, payment processors)

11. Privacy & Data Protection

11.1 Data Collection

We collect and process personal data in accordance with:

  • Swedish Data Protection Act (Dataskyddslagen)
  • EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
  • Our Privacy Policy (available on our website)

11.2 Data Use

Your information is used for:

  • Course delivery and administration
  • Communication about the program
  • Improvement of our offerings
  • Legal and financial compliance

11.3 Third-Party Services

We use trusted third-party services:

  • Stripe for payment processing
  • Zoom for live sessions
  • Email service providers (MailerLite) for communications
  • Course platform for content delivery

11.4 Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request corrections or deletion
  • Withdraw consent (where applicable)

12. Modifications to Terms

12.1 Right to Modify

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be:

  • Posted on our website with updated “Last Updated” date
  • Communicated to enrolled participants via email
  • Effective immediately upon posting (for new enrollments)

12.2 Continued Participation

By continuing to access the Course after changes are posted:

  • You accept the modified Terms
  • The new Terms become binding

12.3 Material Changes

For significant changes affecting participant rights:

  • We will provide 30 days notice
  • You may cancel and receive pro-rated refund if applicable


13. Termination

13.1 Termination by Participant

You may discontinue participation at any time, but:

  • No refunds after content access
  • Access continues for 12 months from course start date (if paid in full)
  • Installment payments must be completed per agreement

13.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate your access if you:

  • Violate these Terms
  • Engage in prohibited conduct
  • Fail to make required payments
  • Compromise program integrity or community safety (Consult Code of Conduct provided at start of program) 

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.


14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Big Dreams & Little Things regarding the Course.

14.2 Severability

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable:

  • The remaining provisions continue in full force
  • The invalid provision will be modified to be enforceable

14.3 Waiver

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.

14.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights to affiliates or successors.

14.5 Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, technical failures, government actions, etc.).

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Course shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Swedish courts.

15.3 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal proceedings, parties agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting Customer Service.

17. Acknowledgment

By enrolling in Ignite, you acknowledge that:

✓ You agree to be bound by these Terms
✓ You understand the refund policy and waiver of withdrawal rights
✓ You accept responsibility for your participation and outcomes
✓ You will respect intellectual property and community guidelines
✓ You are at least 18 years of age and legally able to enter this agreement

By accessing Module 1 or any course content, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms.
